Costa Rica is the heavenly spot where we filmed our acclaimed DVD, Iron Crow Yoga in Paradise. The pristine tropical location, excellent food, service and natural energy have made Costa Rica the spiritual epicenter of Central America.

Prepare to practice vigorously in the early morning, enjoy surfing, beaching, birding, waterfalls and numerous tour activities during the day. We enjoy a restorative yoga practice in the late afternoon, just prior to sunset and delicious cocktails overlooking the pool and beach.
